Job Description :
We are looking for pizza production associates to join our Appleton team. The production position is an excellent opportunity to get cross-trained in many facets of the manufacturing process. This facility has grown at a strong rate. The pizza production team is responsible for making the dough, proofing, par-bake, packaging and preparing for shipping.
Pizza Production - Job Description
- Operating equipment (training provided)
- Maintaining quality control (if applicable)
- Stacking cases on pallets and shrink wrapping
- Giving some direction to other employees as necessary
- Manually placing the proofed dough onto conveyor
Required Qualifications :
Pizza Production - Job Requirements
- Ability to count and do basic math; add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals in English or Spanish
- Ability to read thermometers if applicable
- Ability to understand and operate scaling equipment (training provided)
- Ability to lift 10 - 35 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand and walk throughout some of the production shift. May sit at times.
- Ability to work in a very hot environment
- Must have flexibility for ending of shift
