Job Description :
Badger State Staffing of Appleton is looking for entry level custodians for a janitorial and maintenance company specializing in commercial cleaning. This custodian position will be in the Fox Valley area and for a 2nd shift position. There is no prior experience necessary.
Custodian- Job Description (including but not limited to)
- Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying and dusting surfaces
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap)
- Wipe mirrors and windows
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Perform quality inspections
- Maintain equipment and supplies to standards

As a custodian, the job description remains the same, however we work in a variety of job environments including: offices, schools, mills, plants, medical facilities, etc.
- Position contingent on the ability to pass an acceptable criminal background screening
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required
