Job Description :
Badger State Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator to join a growing paper converting company. This is a temp-to-hire position. This position requires an individual that will fit company culture, can work independently or as team and is interested in long term employment.
Machine Operator - Job Responsibilities
- Setup machine with large spools of paper using roll clamps
- Set tolerances on machine for the correct paper size
- Package converted paper
- Palletize cases of paper
- Ensure the accuracy of the quantity of cases per pallet
- Ensure the machine is running properly and make minor fixes/adjustments
- Complete work orders
Required Qualifications :
Machine Operator - Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Must have a strong track record of attendance
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs on occasion
